Acquisition Criteria
Nordic Group of Companies seeks to make control-equity investments in companies or product(s) that fit into the product lines of its current companies or are viewed as allied or “adjacent” to the product concepts it currently supports in its operating companies or which are sold through current distribution channels and major industry segments. The company prefers products which are manufactured from its current manufacturing processes which include thermoplastic molding, metal stamping, metal bending, welding, foam molding, and light duty assembly. Nordic Group will also consider products manufactured through other processes which conceptually fit with its existing product line and are sold through its current distribution and key customer channels.
The Nordic Group will also consider the acquisition of whole companies which fit the following criteria:
